Shipping time is generally 3-5 business days after that.

– You must have used your members’ benefits for at least 2 weeks.
– We must be informed at info@soulcybin.io within 30 days after your benefits were shipped out.
We reserve the right to investigate further and ensure your claims are not fraudulent (to get free benefits) before a refund is issued. We also have the right to request unused or unopened bottles be returned in the case of a refund with a multi-bottle purchase. If you have any concerns, donate for fewer benefits to start!
